The Last Light was taken from Helensburgh Pier at four minutes past three on December 31st 2019. The western end of the town’s seafront, Clyde Street, glowed in the last light light of the year as the sun began to dip down behind the opposite hills, the buildings reflected back in the shimmering water of the river while the hills behind were wrapped in mist.
